The Growth & Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving user engagement retention and customer satisfaction. This role will lead both the growth and customer success teams ensuring a seamless experience from activation to retention while optimizing user journeys and customer touchpoints. They will work closely with marketing product and sales teams to enhance customer experience reduce churn and drive longterm growth.
Responsibilities:
Activation & Onboarding Optimization: Improve new user experience and increase product adoption.
Retention & Engagement Strategies: Implement initiatives to keep users engaged and reduce churn.
Customer Success & Satisfaction: Oversee customer onboarding engagement and proactive support to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
Lifecycle Marketing: Develop email inapp messaging and automation strategies to nurture users.
DataDriven Experimentation: Run A/B tests on retention tactics onboarding flows and pricing models.
ProductLed Growth: Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and features.
Community & Advocacy: Build programs to encourage wordofmouth marketing and referrals.
Reporting & Analytics: Track retention engagement and monetization KPIs to optimize strategies.
CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with customer success sales and product teams to align growth initiatives.
Dashboard & Reporting: Build dashboards and automated reports to monitor key growth metrics.
User Journey & Automation: Handle marketing automation tools and optimize user journey flows.
Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather customer insights to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
7 years in growth marketing customer success retention or lifecycle marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Mixpanel Amplitude or similar tools.
Experience with email automation inapp messaging and engagement strategies.
Experience with automation tools like WebEngage MoEngage or similar tools
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and churn reduction techniques.
Experience in building reports dashboards and automation flows.
SaaS or productled growth experience is a plus
