Vous serez charg(e) de fournir un support de classe mondiale en matire de contrats commerciaux de lappel doffres jusqu lachvement des projets. Vous dvelopperez ngocierez et approuverez les conditions contractuelles tout en assurant lquilibre entre satisfaction client et gestion des risques. De plus vous formerez lquipe commerciale en fournissant une analyse des risques et en dveloppant une mentalit de gestion des risques au sein de lquipe rgionale.

Responsabilits principales :

  • Analyser et grer les risques dans les contrats commerciaux
  • Ngocier les contrats avec les quipes Ventes Finance et autres parties prenantes
  • Dvelopper des solutions contractuelles innovantes rpondant aux objectifs commerciaux
  • Grer les ngociations complexes et la rsolution des litiges
  • Soutenir la mise en uvre des processus de gestion des risques
  • Former les quipes aux pratiques contractuelles
  • Superviser les accords de confidentialit
  • Collaborer troitement avec lquipe juridique.

You will be responsible for providing worldclass support in commercial contracts from tendering to project completion. You will develop negotiate and approve contractual terms while ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and risk management. Additionally you will educate the sales team by providing risk analysis and building a risk management mindset within the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage risks in commercial contracts
  • Negotiate contracts with Sales Finance teams and other stakeholders
  • Develop innovative contract solutions meeting business objectives
  • Handle complex negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Support the implementation of risk management processes
  • Train teams on contractual practices
  • Oversee NonDisclosure Agreements
  • Work closely with Legal team.

Exigences Principales :

  • Minimum 5 ans dexprience en Amrique du Nord avec expertise en termes juridiques et contractuels
  • Diplme universitaire en Droit Commerce ou Ingnierie
  • Minimum 8 ans dexprience en ngociation contractuelle
  • Bilingue anglaisfranais (crit et oral)
  • Exprience en contrats DesignBuild (EP/EPC)
  • Matrise des contrats NEC ICHEM FIDIC EJCDC CCDC
  • Exprience en ngociation directe avec les clients.

Atouts :

  • Connaissance des technologies de traitement deau
  • Expertise en contrats commerciaux en Amrique du Nord
  • Certification CFCM
  • Exprience en organisation matricielle.

Core Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in North America with expertise in legal and contractual terms
  • Bachelors degree in Legal Business or Engineering
  • 8 years contract negotiation experience
  • Bilingual EnglishFrench (written and verbal)
  • Experience with DesignBuild (EP/EPC) contracts
  • Proficiency in NEC ICHEM FIDIC EJCDC CCDC contracts
  • Experience in direct customer negotiations.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of water treatment technologies
  • Expertise in North American commercial contracts
  • CFCM certification
  • Matrix organization experience.
