Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Platform Engineer DevOps to join our team in Dallas United States. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cloudbased infrastructure and DevOps practices to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Design implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS Azure or GCP
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Implement and optimize containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes
- Manage configuration and deployment using tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef
- Develop scripts and automate processes using Python Bash or PowerShell
- Implement and maintain version control practices using Git
- Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like ELK stack Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and scalability
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps and cloud computing
Qualifications :
- US Citizen
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Indepth knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or similar tools
- Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef
- Strong scripting skills in Python Bash or PowerShell
- Solid understanding of version control systems particularly Git
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a detailoriented approach
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus
