Job Description

The Supplier Analyst is part of the procurement team and responsible for managing oversight
and prioritization of thirdparty supplier relationships. As a supplier analyst you are the linking 
pin to various stakeholders in supplier management and supplier contracts like sponsors legal 
risk & compliance and finance. This includes the onboarding continued management and 
termination of engagements and is not limited to just managing the process but also to assess 
and identify supplier risks

In this role you are responsible for managing the supplier and contract register. 

For suppliers making sure that all due diligence is performed and evidenced in line with policies 
and standards. Work with the supplier relationship owners to manage periodic performance 
reviews and register appropriate segmentation

Keep the contracts register up to date. Make sure to have signed documents available and 
keep track on contract milestones. In addition guide the entire onboarding process make sure 
to collect the relevant evidence of the process.
Onboarding and offboarding of suppliers and contracts manage documentation and progress. 
In this role you are required to work closely with various stakeholders (at all levels)


Since this is a new role the position offers and requires a big room for creativity to improve 
processes and a lot of autonomy.
Being a proactive selfstarter will be essential.


Tasks/Duties

  • Managing the supplier register
  • Managing 3rd party supplier repository
  • Identify and track supplier risks and issues
  • Manage onboarding processes
  • Track contract milestones

Qualifications :

  • Intermediate thinking and working level
  • Proven capability to be a selfstarter
  • Working accurately
  • Paralegal on business law
  • Good understanding of supplier terms and risks 
  • 34 years of relevant working experience
  • Languages: English
