Your Role:
- Moderate and evaluate content (text images and videos) in Spanish ensuring it follows our community standards and legal guidelines.
- Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech abusive language explicit material and spam to maintain a positive experience for all users.
- Make quick fair and consistent decisions to ensure all content complies with platform policies.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex content issues and enhance the overall moderation process.
- Stay informed about new trends in online content and emerging challenges in digital safety.
- Work towards meeting performance goals and quality targets while maintaining a high standard of moderation.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English to communicate with international teams.
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick consistent decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of online safety community guidelines and digital security.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to help create a safer online environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
- A solid understanding of internet culture social media trends and current online issues.
- A background in legal compliance or media industries is a plus.
