As our team continues to grow we are seeking a dynamic Clinical Education Design and Development Manager to join us in a 12month fixedterm role to help shape the future of our clinical education programs.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Governance Quality and Education this role is integral to designing a clinical education framework that continuously enhances UPAs current and future clinical workforce.
You will collaborate closely with senior clinicians to ensure that clinical education programs align with changing legislation and evolving consumer needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will also play a vital part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working consultatively with Managers Leaders and staff to support clinical professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and delivery of innovative clinical education programs.
- Identify and anticipate future clinical education needs based on evolving legislation best practices and consumer care requirements.
- Provide regular updates and statistical data on education outcomes including program effectiveness to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure clinical education programs are aligned with legislative changes and UPAs strategic goals.
- Stay informed on the latest trends research and regulatory changes within the aged care and clinical education sectors.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with substantial clinical experience in aged care or an equivalent healthcare qualification. Minimum of five years working in clinical education roles where developing and delivery clinical education was a key responsibility
- Proven expertise in designing developing and delivering clinical education and training programs.
- Strong understanding of current aged care standards regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Experience in a managerial or senior clinical education role is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for improving care quality and supporting the professional development of staff.
