What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone ensuring timely and professional support
Troubleshoot technical and accountrelated issues escalating where necessary while maintaining ownership of the request
Provide clear and effective guidance on using our products
Maintain a positive customerfirst approach in all interactions
Educate customers on best practices features and selfservice resources
Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles
Identify common issues and suggest process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What Youll Bring:
Customer support experience ideally in SaaS or technology
Strong problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
Experience using support tools like Zendesk Intercom or Freshdesk
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple userfriendly language
Familiarity with APIs integrations and cloudbased solutions
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success
