POSITION OVERVIEW: The Agile Project Manager will facilitate agile processes remove obstacles and ensure smooth collaboration within the marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement in project and aligning marketing operations with our organizational goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and facilitate agile meetings including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans ensuring timelines budgets and deliverables are accurately tracked.
  • Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project goals scope and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using agile metrics and visual management tools.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration selfefficiency and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
  • Implement and optimize marketing operations infrastructure processes and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in agile project management preferably in a marketing environment
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing projects using agile methodologies

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile principles and their application in marketing contexts
  • Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate crossfunctional teams
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Problemsolving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address project challenges
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies in response to changing project requirements
  • Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $90000 $103500 per year
Annual Bonus: 10 of base salary based on company and individual performance
