Job Description

Indigo Mortgages are a mortgage brokerage based in Liverpool and are currently looking to expand their workforce with a Business Admin Apprentice!

This is an opportunity to join one of the of fasting growing brokerages in the North and were looking for the next generation of talent to join our young team.

Your job will be to learn the ropes supporting the brokers and administrators in helping our clients purchase their new home.

The role will largely an administrating role with the opportunity to learn about the customer service / sales part of the business.

Duties:
  • Using client information to work out affordability
  • Packaging up documents
  • Client communication
  • Communicating with UK banks / building societies
  • Updating of spreadsheets

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Administration experience (preferred but not required)

Salary hours and benefits:
  • MondayFriday 9am5pm
  • 12480 per annum
  • Potential for commission
  • 21 Days Annual Leave
  • Free parking

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:
  • 46 Weekly 121 Sessions with your tutor
  • 6 weekly hours of Off the Job Training
  • The course is a 14 month programme
