Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and a flair for delivering exceptional dining experiences Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets including the restaurant bar and banquet facilities
- Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
