The Application and Platform Services team in CEMEA is responsible for bringing the most cuttingedge Visa digital products and solutions such as Click to Pay Network Tokenization Visa Pay Visa Payment Passkeys Data Tokens and more. These innovative solutions will shape the future of digital payments over the next 510 years globally including in the CEMEA region.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ecommerce banking apps authentication solutions like passkeys and be able to quickly comprehend the clients current implementations such as merchant checkout and issuer apps.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our Passkey Authentication product. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy roadmap and of our Passkey Authentication solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver innovative and secure authentication solutions that meet our customers needs.

The role will be responsible for collaborating with clients to integrate Visa products into the clients existing applications workflows and processes. Additionally they will lead and manage the entire solution approval process for the implementation of these Visa products.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Possess an Engineering or Computer Science degree.
10 years of experience in solution design in retail banking payments technology mobile wallets or eCommerce industries.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of authentication technologies standards and best practices.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
Experience in technical solution delivery for banks ecommerce sites and/or fintechs.
Ability to integrate business and commercialization aspects with technical skills.
Skilled in translating client needs into product requirements and adapting existing products to meet market needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with APIs SDK integration mobile/web application development ecommerce platforms is a big plus.
MS PowerPoint and presentation skills a big plus.
