Job Description
Art Teacher Kingston Secondary School
An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston is seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join their Art and Design department. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching across Key Stages 3 4 and potentially Key Stage 5.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring and engaging Art lessons.
- Cover a range of artistic disciplines (e.g. painting drawing sculpture printmaking digital art).
- Create a supportive and stimulating studio environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the Art curriculum.
- Teach at a Outstanding school
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Fine Art or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating personal artistic practice.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
