Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity and helping teams deliver better outcomes At hedgehog lab were looking for aBusiness Analyst to join our growing Product team and help our clients build impactful digital products. Initially this will be a 12 month fixedterm contract but we hope it will be made permanent.

About the Role
As aBusiness Analyst at hedgehog lab youll work at the heart of multidisciplinary teams shaping the definition and delivery of innovative solutions across a wide range of industries. Youll help uncover user and business needs clarify complex requirements and ensure that digital products are solving the right problems. Youll collaborate with clients Product Managers Engineers and Designers to turn insight into actionand action into impact.

What Youll Do

Shape Client Solutions: Lead business analysis activities to understand client businesses map processes identify opportunities and define goals.

Clarify & Communicate: Produce artefacts such as process maps user journeys business cases and user stories that keep teams aligned and focused.

Champion Users & Value: Ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence and meet both user needs and business objectives.

Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clarity reduce ambiguity and support successful implementation.

Continuously Improve: Contribute to the evolution of our business analysis practice sharing tools techniques and templates that raise the bar.

    What You Bring:

    24 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role ideally in a digital or consultancy environment.


    EndEnd project experience


    Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate between business and technical perspectives.


    Experience leading business analysis work facilitating workshops and producing clear actionable documentation.


    Familiarity with Agile product delivery and working in crossfunctional teams.


    A problemsolving mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity.

    Our interview process:

    Stage 1 Intro Call with a member of the Talent team Andrew or Lisa 30 minutes Google Meet)

    Stage 2 First stage interview with the hiring manager 30 minutes Google Meet)

    Stage 3 Final stage interview with at least 2 member of the hiring team 60 minutes Google Meet)
