Were seeking a DevOps Engineer to work within an infrastructure/platform team who are responsible for the ongoing stability scalability quality and maintainability of our systems. You will have a mindset focused upon continually improving our DevOps infrastructure to grow alongside company growth whilst also ensuring our tooling gives developers everything they need to deliver great solutions.

What were looking for

A passionate DevOps Engineer with a bias for action and a strong willingness to learn and develop alongside a team of likeminded peers.You should be comfortable working in a fastpaced scaleup environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Whilst we dont expect candidates to have every skill listed experience in the following areas would be highly desirable:

• Great knowledge of DevOps and prior experience in a DevOps Engineering role.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines ideally with exposure to the design implementation and enhancement of these.
• Cloud experience Proficiency in Azure is highly desirable but equivalent experience with other cloud platforms is also appreciated.
• Kubernetes experience (and containers in general) youll be proficient in managing and working with containerised applications.
• Good Linux skills specifically with Debian.
• Prior Jenkins experience including pipeline configuration and management.
• Git management experience with a focus on maintaining clean and efficient workflows in a collaborative development environment.
• Great automation skills youll be confident with and have previous experience automating infrastructure and deployment processes.
• An understanding of VoIP and/or networking experience would be highly desirable but are by no means essential to this position.

What youll do

• Contribute to the test build design deploymentand monitoring of our continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using modern DevOps tooling.
• Work closely withsoftware engineering teams ensuring a collaborative approach.
• Develop robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Research new solutions make suggestionsand encourage conversations focused on improvements and new approaches to complex problems.
• Ensure close collaboration with VoCoVoteams to support and tutor inhow our own software and tooling can be used best to execute faster and more consistently.
• Have a strong bias for action a willingness to learn and takeresponsibility for everything you see deserving of change.
• Peer review of your colleagues work.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and bring an approach of willingness and flexibility to always pitch in on a problem.
