Experience in risk assessment and insurance management within largescale construction projects
Strong stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills

Fluent in English Dutch and French

The key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
Coordination:
- Manage contractor claims and disputes in close collaboration with the DDA team.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance including adherence to shareholder agreements board governance protocols and Delegation of Authority (DOA) requirements.
- Handle legal stakeholder management throughout the project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors and suppliers involved in the project.
- Liaise with the Legal Department and external advisors for specialized support when needed ensuring transparent and constructive collaboration.
- Regularly report to the Senior Legal Manager on progress and emerging issues.
- Supervise contract implementation including insurance matters to maximize efficiency and provide relevant training to stakeholders.
- Oversee the of all contracts related to the construction of the BESS project.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Identify assess and manage contractual risks associated with the project.
- Negotiate and draft contracts addenda and other legal documents with suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Provide general legal support throughout the project.
