Job Description
Hello! At Factorial were looking for a new Product Onboarding Specialist for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level. The Role As part of the Onboarding Specialist team you will be responsible for onboarding new clients ensuring our clients use the platform to its fullest and gathering customers feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the clients needs. This requires you to understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.What will you be doing:
- Onboard our new Italian customers by assisting them via video call and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
- Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
- Understand our clients problems and needs and gather their feedback.
- Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market
Your Profile
- Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
- Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and its easy for you to keep uptodate with product updates
- Problemsolving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
- Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
- Speak nativelevel of Italian
- Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner or experience in Client Success is a plus.
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
