We are a dynamic and growing staffing agency based in Bucharest dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities. As we expand we are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Internal Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations effectively.
Job Summary
The Internal Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and supporting financial decisionmaking within the company. This role requires a handson professional who is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Location: Bucharest Romania (Hybrid Mostly OnSite)
Employment Type: FullTime
Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B
Duration: 6 months prolongation available
Salary:ron net
Please note that only candidates based in Bucharest will be taken into consideration.
Tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Process invoices payments and payroll in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct reconciliations for bank statements accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Support the management team with financial insights and recommendations.
- Improve and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Romanian and proficiency in English.
