Job Description
Main Objective
Responsible for planning developing updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.
Fulfill the security quality delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing the Linkage of Wiper Systems. Highly automated high valueadd manufacturing process incl. robotics vision systems and a high range of assembly processes.
What challenges will you have
- Define develop optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
- Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
- Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA visual aids flow diagram control plan etc..
- Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
- Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in toolings in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production.
- Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
- Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for s and failure costs
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Engineering degree: Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronic
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Advanced English level
Technical Knowledge
- Lean manufacturing
- Problem Solving 8D Methodology)
- Core Tools (FMEA Control Plan SPC PPAP)
- XR Control Chart
