You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Senior / Principal Environmental Consultant at Colliers you are primarily responsible for professional environmental services relating to transactional due diligence. You will be required to have experience in managing and preparing Phase 1 Reports Corporate Due Diligence Report reviews of Phase II and other environmental technical documents. In addition you will be required to set up internal and external consultants for additional services such as liaising with the internal Floods & SUDS Technical Services and Building Surveying teams and appointing external subcontractors e.g. tank specialists monitoring specialists and ecological consultants.
Bringing your technical expertise you will evaluate a broad range of environmental risk factors and communicate findings in succinct commercial language tailored to Collierss clients which include property investors fund managers high net worth individuals and developers. You will also act as an internal source of technical expertise to other areas of the business from new graduates up to Director level. Working closely with the Service Line Head to support this area of the business you will be responsible for delivering a high quality of work whilst building and developing successful client relationships.
