Job Description
Role Description:
1 Programming of PLCs HMIs SCADA Systems
2 Parametering of AC VFDs and AC Servo Drives
3 Understand Customer s requirements of machine / plant automation and control
4 Select suitable automation electrical and other related products to suit control requirements
5 Prepare BOM and System Architecture from selected products.
6 Designing of Control Panels using Electrical CAD Software (like EPLAN)
7 Supervise wiring between control panel and machine / plant
8 Perform testing and commissioning of complete system
9 Troubleshooting of control panels
10 Perform organisational working procedure on ERP System
Qualifications:
1 Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electrical
Engineering
2 Good written as well as verbal communication skills
3 Good written as well as verbal command over English
4 Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours
5 Ability and willingness to travel to sites (locally within India as well as outside India) occasionally for one or more weeks in a single visit
6 Good computer literacy
7 Preferable to have some handson working experience on control systems involving PLCs HMIs SCADA Systems AC VFDs AC Servo Systems sensors and transmitters control devices etc.
8 Special preference for candidates having knowledge of C / Visual C / VB Script / Java
