Job Description

Overview
The Sales Executive (Pharma) plays a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This position is vital for driving revenue growth and ensuring the availability of essential medications in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in hospitals and clinics.
  • Provide detailed product information and respond to inquiries regarding pharmaceuticals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to devise promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and feedback.
  • Participate in medical conferences and industry events to expand network.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and codes of conduct.
  • Train and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use of products.
  • Address and resolve client issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree.
  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Fluency in local language and English.
