We are seeking a skilled Digital Lead Sourcing & SEO Expert to join our team and play a key role in driving digital growth by sourcing quality leads and enhancing our online presence. This role requires expertise in SEO and lead generation with a focus on increasing organic traffic and converting visitors into highquality leads. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset be datadriven and stay uptodate on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Lead Sourcing & Generation
- Develop and execute digital lead sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (social media search engines email campaigns etc..
- Identify and implement techniques to capture qualify and nurture leads from various digital sources.
- Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize conversions.
SEO Strategy &
- Conduct thorough keyword research and create optimized content strategies to increase organic search traffic.
- Perform onpage offpage and technical SEO to improve website ranking visibility and user experience.
- Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush and others.
Content Optimization & Strategy
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website blog and landing page content.
- Optimize website architecture and content for targeted keywords and improved search engine rankings.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and user experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Set up and manage analytics tools to track key SEO and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports highlighting results key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Use datadriven insights to continually optimize and refine strategies for better results.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing sales and content teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and SEO strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years) in SEO lead generation and digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience with lead sourcing and nurturing techniques.
- Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs or similar.
- Knowledge of keyword research content optimization and website performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.

Job requirements: 1. Excellent understanding of Data communication, solid experience of IP, MPLS, BGP, Traffic Engineering and IP network design 2. More than 8 years working experience on IP projects delivery 3. IP Core / IP RAN technical management experience; familiarity with telecom provider network architecture 4. Previous experience with operators, and other telecommunication equipment vendors or system integration vendors is an advantage (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Ericsson, etc. 5. Very strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving of complex network related issues 6. Very good understanding of the project implementation and maintenance processes in the telecommunication industry 7. Strong communication ability and good service, customer-oriented attitude 8. Excellent teamwork 9. Fluent in English 10. HCIE/CCIE/JNCIE will be preferred Education requirements: 1. Degree: Bachelor's degree or above 2. Specialization: Science and Technology; Electronic science; Telecommunication or other related fields 3. Industry certifications are added advantage: HCIE, CCIE, JNCIE, etc.
