IMED Ltd is a growing Tanzanian company committed to strategic expansion and longterm success. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forwardthinking woman to join our Board of Directors.
Role Overview
As a Board Member you will provide strategic oversight governance and thought leadership to support the company s growth. You will play a key role in shaping IMED Ltd s vision ensuring good governance and leveraging your expertise to drive longterm value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to strategic planning and highlevel decisionmaking.
Provide governance oversight and ensure compliance with best practices.
Offer candid and constructive input on business matters.
Leverage corporate networks to support business growth and partnerships.
Advocate for and support the companys longterm success in Tanzania.
Engage in board meetings and committees as required.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a person who embodies the following qualities:
Background: Strong experience in business law or economics.
Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance principles (experience preferred).
