Urgent requirement of PEGA Program Manager Permanent Sydney
Requirements
- 15 years of experience managing largescale enterprise technology programs.
- Manage largescale Pega projects and programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams including executives developers and architects to ensure seamless implementation.
- Oversee endtoend program including planning risk management issue resolution and change management.
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) BPM and Case Management.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of Pega architecture integrations and cloud deployments.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Duration: Permanent position
Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
