Job Overview
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling mobile phones and laptops with a preference for those experienced in iPhones and MacBooks. This role requires excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to drive sales while providing topnotch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell mobile phones and laptops particularly Apple products (iPhones & MacBooks).
- Provide exceptional customer service assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of product specifications features and industry trends.
- Upsell and crosssell related accessories and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and aftersales support effectively.
- Ensure the store is wellstocked organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management stock tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in mobile phones and laptops (Apple products preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales customer service and technology trends.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
