Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the NOLA (North of Latin America) and Caribbean region in a highly competitive and dynamic market. The role focuses on building strong business relationships positioning the company as a strategic business partner and ensuring sales targets are met through effective negotiations and proactive customer service.
This position requires autonomy in decisionmaking regarding client visits quote generation and order tracking guaranteeing customer satisfaction and optimizing the sales process. Key challenges include international logistics coordination postsales issue resolution and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen business intelligence.
Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients in NOLA and the Caribbean.
Negotiate agreements considering material availability pricing payment terms and delivery schedules.
Prepare sales forecasts and set achievable goals aligned with market conditions.
Plan and execute strategic client visits across the region.
Generate and manage SAP quotations ensuring accurate conversion into sales orders.
Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipments and ensure compliance with export requirements.
Manage payments and prepayments based on approved credit conditions.
Monitor shipped orders and provide customers with timely updates on delivery status.
Handle postsales claims efficiently providing quick and effective solutions.
Analyze market and competitor data to identify business opportunities.
U.S VISA
Experience in international sales and export trade preferably in NOLA and the Caribbean.
Strong negotiation relationship management and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and market analysis tools.
Knowledge of export logistics credit management and collections.
Availability to travel and manage international clients.
