Role Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper to manage financial records ensure accuracy in transactions and support financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills proficiency in bookkeeping software and the ability to work independently.
Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
Collaborate with accountants for tax filings and audits.
Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes.
Process supplier invoices and manage payments while ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.
Handle payroll processing including timesheets payroll tax and superannuation contributions.
Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS in compliance with regulations.
Full Time
