Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Drafter experienced in using Microvellum software to create precise technical drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed designs that meet project specifications and align with production processes. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and designs using Microvellum software ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Interpret project plans blueprints and client requirements to produce precise designs for production.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other team members to refine designs and resolve any draftingrelated issues.
- Prepare productionready drawings and technical documentation for fabrication teams ensuring seamless transitions from design to manufacturing.
- Maintain uptodate project files adhering to company standards for documentation and drawing organization.
- Assist in the review and revision of design plans based on feedback from stakeholders or production teams.
- Ensure that all drafts comply with industry standards regulations and projectspecific guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Drafting Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microvellum; experience with AutoCAD or similar CADbased software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles cabinetry or interior design specifications.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a teamoriented environment.
- Familiarity with production processes and an understanding of how designs translate to manufacturing is a plus.

- Setup and Location: WFH / Onsite (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AWST) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila Time
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
