Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated & enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our team supporting the Norwegian Offices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience while working under the mentorship of our seasoned engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design of streets & roads for Norwegian clients
Work closely with senior engineers & multidisciplinary teams
Get exposure to highways airports and rail projects
Learn cuttingedge design tools & methodologies

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors/Masters in Civil/Transportation Engineering
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong research & analytical skills for transportation planning & design
Ability to interpret technical drawings & reports
Basic understanding of roadway design principles
Awareness of highway standards & guidelines (e.g. AASHTO IRC Eurocodes)
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D OpenRoads or similar highway design tools is a plus
