Job Description:
We are looking for candidate over 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault QMS demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management processes and a proven track record in support roles handling technical issues and user queries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in Veeva Vault QMS and a passion for providing topnotch support in a challenging environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.
Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes.
Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
