Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to
provide comprehensive support to Founder & Chair Person. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing schedules handling
confidential tasks coordinating meetings and ensuring seamless daily
operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Administrative & Calendar Management

Manage the executives calendar appointments and travel schedules.

Coordinate meetings conference calls and events ensuring proper
documentation.

Prepare agendas minutes and followups for key discussions.

2 Communication & Correspondence

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external
stakeholders.

Draft and review emails reports and presentations.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

3 Project & Task Coordination

Assist in managing strategic projects research and reports.

Follow up on key action points and ensure timely .

Support decisionmaking with data collection and insights.

4 Travel & Expense Management

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.

Process expense reports reimbursements and budget tracking.

5 Office & Team Support

Manage office operations related to the executives function.

Organize team meetings offsites and special projects.

Ensure a smooth workflow between departments.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management
or related field.
Experience: 5 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or
similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Google Suite and scheduling tools.
Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
