Job Description
Data Engineering & Architecture: Lead the development and evolution of bigdata ecosystem and data lake architectures to enable data processing storage and retrieval including the integration of structured data sources from enterprise transactional systems and trusted third parties and unstructured data sources including IIoT data from manufacturing sites. Day to day responsibilities will specifically focus on the following
Design and implement robust eventdriven streaming architectures utilizing Kafka Azure Events Hubs and Azure IoT Edge.
Lead handson development and integration of streaming solutions using Databricks for realtime analytics and data processing.
Apply expertise in AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) to enhance eventdriven applications and drive intelligent decisionmaking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to architect scalable and efficient solutions for streaming data processing.
Develop and execute comprehensive architectural strategies for Azure Edge Computing ensuring seamless connectivity between onpremises factory systems and cloud environments.
Collaboration: Engage with global teams from various disciplines to ensure architectural designs meet company objectives and encourage teamwork. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and team members. Drive innovation and ensure the adoption of industry best practices.
