The Position
We are currently sourcing for an experiencedCorporate Receptionist based in Adelaide CBD! Showcase your premium experience in our corporate sector!
- Provide a warm professional friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Ensure emails intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
The Person
- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills and Administration experience
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Good Organisational skills
*Due to the nature of these roles a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
