Job Description

Workforce Enrollment Coordinator(PartTime)

The Opportunity:

Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA) seeks an exceptionalWorkforce Enrollment Coordinatorto drive Greater Boston student recruitment and enrollment efforts. This role requires a resultsdriven professional withdemonstrated sales expertise a strategic approach toterritory management and a strong ability toovercome objectionswhile generating and converting leads.

The ideal candidate will have deep community connections outstanding presentation and communication skills and a passion for engaging families schools and workforce development partners to expand educational access. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by increasing student workforce enrollment and supporting PLAs mission to provide highquality education and career pathways in Massachusetts.

The Location &
Working Conditions:
Thisparttimeposition includes a combination ofremote and inperson responsibilities.

  • Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston area and can travel as needed.
  • Flexibility to workevenings and weekendsas required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in sales focusing on overcoming objections and closing deals. Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Skilled US and address concerns raised by prospective adult students.
  2. Territory Management: Proficient in territory management strategies including identifying key communities allocating resources effectively and developing action plans to maximize enrollment opportunities in targeted areas.
  3. Lead Generation: Implement innovative lead generation techniques to identify and cultivate prospective students. Utilize various channels including digital marketing community outreach onsite events and referral programs to generate leads and increase enrollment prospects.
  4. Strong Regional Connections: Established network and connections within the Greater Boston region including educational institutions community organizations and key stakeholders. Leverage these relationships to enhance brand visibility foster partnerships and generate enrollment leads.
  5. Community Engagement: Actively engage with local communities to build relationships raise awareness and promote Skilled US as the preferred choice for quality vocational training. Organize and participate in community events information sessions and outreach activities to connect with prospective students and families.
  6. Presentation and Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to various audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the benefits of enrolling in Skilled US and addressing inquiries from prospective candidates.
  7. DataDriven Approach: Utilize data analysis and market research to identify enrollment assess competition and inform strategic decisionmaking. Track and analyze lead metrics to measure progress and optimize enrollment strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Education or a related field(preferred but not required).
  • Experience:24 years of experience insales enrollment management or a related field preferably within thevocational education sector.
  • Performance:Proven track record of success inmeeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Strong ability tobuild rapport establish meaningful connections and engage diverse communities.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity withstate and federal funding sourcessuch asWIOA and SNAP E&T
    • Understanding of Massachusettss educational policies enrollment procedures and market trends
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency inMicrosoft Office SuiteandCRM software.
  • Mobility:Ability totravel within the region includingBoston Greater Boston Cambridge and surrounding areas.
