The People Science & Analytics team at Roblox supports our People Places & Systems group in all areas of applied statistics data science for internal operations. Our team works to provide a range of insights and solutions for Roblox from developing industryleading hiring assessments to conducting job analysis and qualitative research to architecting data analytics systems and tools.
You Are:
- Pursuing a PhD in IndustrialOrganizational Psychology Educational Psychology Organizational Behavior or a related field.
- Passionate about workplace performance and employee development with an interest in how organizations optimize feedback coaching and growth opportunities.
- Skilled in research design and data analysis with experience applying statistical techniques to organizational data.
- Excited to translate research into practice developing insights and tools that improve performance management in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable working with HR technology and analytics leveraging data to guide organizational strategy and process improvements.
You Will:
- Partner with the teams within the People Places and Systems organization to identify important metrics trends and needs.
- Utilize existing data to perform detailed analyses using SJT forms and data obtained in the assessment process.
- Contribute to the development of assessment and learning platforms delivered via gamebased simulation exercises engaging with topics such as structured interviewing survey research and performance management.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the organization in defining developing and enhancing programs that identify and develop employee skills.
