Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Market Supply Planner Domain Trainee French Remote Poland



Responsibilities

Owns the risk identification and coordinated the risk mitigation working with SUs to deliver on Supply mitigation actions and with Mitigation Coordinator (MSO teams) on Demand mitigation actions.

Distribution Plan between secondary Distribution Centers.

Ensure clear communication of risk and opportunities in Supply into the market.

Manage scheduling of locally repacked products and secure proper together with warehouses

Working upstream with Supply organization and logistics team to optimize service into the market

Participate in department and company initiatives requiring the expertise of a supply planner.

Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership

Monitor forecast vs. sales evolution stock projection review and compliance vs stock targets.

Complete forward service risk evaluation reporting and develop mitigating actions

Lead/manage outofstock supply crisis management

Loss Tree code assignment for Losses Before dispatch (LBD) corrections historical service evaluation and reporting

Assess feasibility and provide timely feedback on incremental stock requests

Transition management (listings delistings flow throughs etc.

Complete master data management requests

Assess and report obsoletes provisions (including for ongoing repack) writeoffs for out of shelflife stock (incl. triggering disposals with logistics)

Reports and analytics (e.g. ARM unproductive stock R&R deals SAM pallet projection reports product catalogue etc.

Review Overdue open PO report make PO corrections and invoice corrections

Adhoc activities related to the above Hub processes

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

University degree (minimum Bachelor)

Strong communication in English both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers

Another European language will be an asset

Experience in areas such as production scheduling inventory management or supply/operations planning is preferred

Strong process development improvement and implementation experience

Selfmotivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problemsolving skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers organization structures and key metrics

Welldeveloped interpersonal / communication skills

Working knowledge of any of the ERP systems like SAP JDA Manugistics etc.
