In this role you will be responsible for developing and enhancing backend systems that power our innovative IT solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to architect design and deploy highperformance applications while driving continuous improvement in our technology stack.
Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- Design develop and maintain robust backend services using Java.
- Implement and integrate NoSQL databases like MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
- Utilize Java frameworks (Spring Boot Spring Security JPA Hibernate etc. to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and high code quality.
Your tasks 2nd part (In max 4 bullets)
- Integrate message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka into backend systems.
- Employ development tools like Eclipse and GIT to manage and version code.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in a fastpaced environment.
- Document technical processes and support team collaboration.
Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Java Backend Developer.
- Strong command of Java NoSQL databases and key Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with broker systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Handson experience with versioning tools and development environments.

- Basic understanding of SQL and exposure to containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support a team in meeting deadlines.
