We are seeking Business Systems AnalystStudents for our North American Headquarters (Edmonton AB) who are available for 812 months starting in January 2024.
As a Business Systems AnalystStudent and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Provides user support for enterprise business development.
- Responds to related service requests troubleshoot incidents and investigate problems.
- Assists with creates or updates process training and system documentation.
- Supports/delivers webbased training to end users and participates in pilots and rollouts.
- Performsdocumentation of requirements for new systems.
- Assists with creates or updates use cases that support requirements analysis functional designs user acceptance testing and training material.
- Develops and deliver stakeholder communications.
- Assists with the coordination of subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.
- Assists with/performs system configuration and testing andanalysis of system and data usage.
- Liaises with business technology and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Assists with new and ongoing department initiatives.
- Configures navigation dashboards analytics and reports in solutions such as Power BI.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
Assets:
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Construction experience
- Support experience
- Data analysis experience
- Training experience
- Technical writing experience
Students from the following fields are encouraged to apply:
