Operational Leadership: As a Staffing Manager youll oversee branch operations ensuring that both sales goals and service standards are met or exceeded.
What Youll Do:
  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Lead by example meeting and exceeding sales targets while inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Talent Sourcing and Placement: Identify and recruit top candidates for client positions ensuring a strong talent pipeline that meets the demands of a diverse client base.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance branch performance expand market share and maximize profitability.

  • Sales Experience: Must have a proven track record in sales within the staffing industry with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience in branch management or operations with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring high standards of service.

Requirements:Minimum one year of staffing sales experience required.
  • Two to three years of experience in branch management or supervisory roles within the staffing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • High adaptability and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting methods.
  • Reliable transportation for multicounty travel.
