Job Description

SEN Teacher Inspirational Secondary School Oxford September Start

Location: Oxford
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance

Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons for students with a range of special educational needs.
Provide oneonone and small group support to ensure all students can access the curriculum.
Work closely with other teachers and support staff to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support students with social and emotional development fostering independence and confidence.
Collaborate with external agencies and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Who Were Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS and experience working with students with special educational needs.
A patient empathetic and adaptable approach to teaching.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff parents and external agencies.
Experience with IEPs and providing tailored support in the classroom.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
