Job Description
We are looking for Engineers with a background and training in business administrationwho are passionate about their own personal development and want to help shape thefuture of Exolum.
We are starting an innovative development program to enhance business and leadership
skills so you are prepared to tackle tomorrows challenges. This is an excitingopportunity for Exolum colleagues and external candidate who meet all the requirements.
The aim is to develop future leaders of Exolum through an International Business Programmeworking in UK and Spain over a 5 year periodwhich will include immersing yourself into Exolums culture as well as experiencingdifferent business activities that will provide learning and developmentopportunities to enhance your career.
In this international rotation program you will have the opportunity to develop your expertiseacross a variety of different departments and countries .

Requirements
- Batchelors Degree in Engineering
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- 2 to 3 years demonstrable experience in the field
- Willing to relocate internationally on a regular basis over a five year period
- English and Spanish language: bilingual level
- Be willing to embark on an international mobility programme
