Were now looking for a Growth Specialist to accelerate our expansion in Sweden. In this handson role youll shape and execute our performance marketing campaigns that make a real difference. If you thrive in fastpaced environments take ownership and love getting things done wed love to meet you!
What Youll Do
- LeadPerformance Marketing for Sweden.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta TikTok Google Ads and others.
- Create compelling content to attract the right audience at the right time.
- Analyze customer acquisition data and adjust strategies in real time.
- Experiment with new platforms and ideas to reach more customer segments.
- Collaborate with a dynamic international team based in our Stockholm HQ.
Who You Are
Were looking for someone who can communicate effectively across audiences. You should have a deep understanding of the social media platforms and consumer behavior in order to create campaigns that drive results. A performancedriven mindset is essential with a keen ability to track and optimize marketing efforts. Creativity and problemsolving skills will set you apart allowing you to test new approaches and optimize and pivot when needed.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Proven experience in performance marketing.
- Analytical and creative with a testandlearn mindset.
- Customerfocused and aligned with our mission to improve financial lives.
- Thrive in unstructured startup environmentstaking initiative and building from scratch.
- Degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field from a top university.
