Job Description
We are looking for a shift leader for our team in Ghent!
Responsible for the daytoday management of the shift.
Support and direct the room staff.
Participate operationally in the room and behind the bar to set a good example.
Provide training to new colleagues and students.
Completely independent opening and closing
Receive deliveries
Make orders
Preparing our Mexican dishes such as tacos burritos salads according to recipe
Closely monitoring the quality of each dish
Comply with HACCP rules regarding health safety and hygiene standards
Contributing to a fun but productive working atmosphere

Minimum experience required: you will receive training on site
