Your mission

As the Head of AI Products & Engineering (m/f/d) at yoummday in our Munich or Berlin office (hybrid model) you will be pivotal in defining our AI strategy and leading the technological evolution of our company. You will develop cuttingedge AI products end to end with a focus on NLP products with a talented team of AI software engineers and a product manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Work closely with the executive team to develop a forwardthinking AI strategy and take full ownership in executing it.
• EndtoEnd AI Product Development: Own the discovery architecture development and scaling of AIdriven products to help our customers excel in customer service. With a great team of fullstack developers AI engineers and product people full autonomy is guaranteed.
• Generative AI & NLP Innovation: Use cuttingedge innovations in Generative AI LLMs and NLP to enrich our platform with intelligent automation and conversational AI.
• Machine Learning & MLOps: Ensure that our AI infrastructure remains modern scalable and highperformancefrom model training to deployment.
• Entrepreneurial Freedom: Train and finetune own models or use proprietary systems for your product and engineering innovations you set the scene and have the means to do so.

Your skillset

• Tech Stack & AI Expertise: You are proficient and handson in Python (Javascript/Typescript is a plus) have extensive experience developing productionready AI/ML applications as well as MLOps practices and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• AI Productization & Scaling: You have a proven track record of successfully introducing and scaling AI productsfrom research to production in a live environment.
• Leadership & Growth Enablement: You are a passionate leader help your team to achieve great results and foster an AIdriven culture within the company.
• Academic Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science Mathematics Data Science or a related field preferably with a focus on Machine Learning Deep Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders can explain complex AI concepts in an understandable way and are fluent in both English and German in your interactions.
