At Factorial were looking for a **CRM Marketing Specialist for the **DACH Market to help us boost the companys growth to the next level. **Ready to be part of the challengeThe Role Reporting to the Marketing Director were looking for someone who can drive demand generation and nurture leads across multiple channels. Youll focus on acquiring and engaging SME and midmarket prospects in DACH ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business market goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth. This role will involve crossteam collaboration campaign optimization and performance tracking. Your role is a key piece of the team youll be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies across the full marketing funnel and requires a highly crossfunctional approach necessitating close partnerships across sales partners growth ops and more. You will be responsible for leading the strategy and optimisation of all alwayson programs with the goal of increasing Factorial awareness in DACH generating demand to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth and improved funnel conversion. You thrive in a fastpaced environment with a passion for testing learning and iterating. You are datadriven with deep expertise in measuring tracking and reporting on demand generation programs.**Your responsibilities:
- Lead digital emailing and alwayson lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyers journey and create new Sales Accepted Opportunities (Deals).
- Lead pipeline growth initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and market expansion
- Create and implement a multichannel demand generation strategy targeting SMEs and midmarket customers in DACH.
- Utilize inbound outbound and partner channels to expand our sales pipeline.
- Align marketing efforts with sales goals ensuring campaigns hit the right audience and drive revenue.
- Contribute to sales pipeline meetings: We generate the correct MQL and they move through the pipeline efficiently.
- Create Marketing campaigns in Hubspot and regularly analyze its data to optimize performance and enhance ROI.
- Work with teams across sales product creative and RevOps to build integrated campaigns that resonate with the DACH market.
- Track and analyze lifecycle campaign performance translating data into actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Build basic automation workflows within HubSpot for efficient campaign activity and performance.
- Build segmentation lists based on our ICP and campaign targeting.
**Your Profile:
- **Proficiency with Hubspot
- **You are a nativelevel German speaker & fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!
- **Strong background in revenuefocus roles: CRM marketing email marketing lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
- **Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) persona targeting and data analysis to improve campaigns
- **Great communicator and copywriting skills able to work effectively across departments
- **You enjoy a handson role especially with email campaigns and are comfortable driving growth in a fastpaced setting
