- Act as the key **liaison between the **Brand and Marketing teams ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Oversee the **endtoend project management lifecycle from planning to across **small and largescale marketing campaigns including **digital outofhome (OOH) and multichannel initiatives.
- Manage **project timelines resources and deliverables proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to keep teams on track.
- Ensure **strategic alignment by assessing the impact and feasibility of each project **challenging ideas where necessary and ensuring they drive meaningful outcomes.
- Work closely with **creative production teams to develop **highquality highvolume assets across multiple channels.
- Uphold **Factorials brand standards ensuring **consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Oversee **budgets and vendor relationships from reviewing cost estimates to handling contracts and invoices.
- Implement **efficient processes and optimise workflows acting as the **central source of truth for all key project documentation.
- Monitor **performance metrics and campaign data using insights to **optimise future projects and maximise ROI.

- **5 years of experience in **marketing project management campaign or related fields.
- **Bachelors degree in **Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in **Notion (workflow organisation) Slack (team communication) and Figma (design file navigation & review).
- Experience with **project management tools (Asana Monday Jira Trello etc. and **marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics Power BI Tableau etc..
- **Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Additional languages are a bonus!
