Howard County Recreation and Parks is seeking active engaging and responsible staff to work aftercare 2:00pm6:00pm) for a variety of summer camps for participants ages 514. Applicants should be patient funloving and positive role models to our participants. Under the immediate direction of a Camp Director assist with the organization and supervision of participants during the extension of our day camps.
DUTIES:
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in teaching or leading youth is preferred.
RATE OF PAY:
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
Level I: Less than one 1 year of experience in specialized skilled area.
Level II: Knowledge of skills specific to the position. Includes one 1 or more years teaching and leading children activities.
Level I: $16.00 $16.50 (Paraprofessional)
Level II: $16.50 $18.00 (Paraprofessional)
