Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensure Korean speaking and VIP guests experience meets expectations from prearrival to departure.
Prepares for the Korean speaking arrivals and take care of the special arrangements/requests.
Facilitates the inroom checkin of Korean speaking guests and guests with transferin.
Monitors Korean speaking arrivals inhouse and departures and offer assistance through the duration of their stay.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
Minimum of three 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Fluency in Korean language (reading writing and speaking). Knowledge of Korean culture and customs is an asset.
Serviceoriented with excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
