- Parttime 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2 PM

Job Description
We re seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to play a pivotal role in our client s international expansion and online growth strategy. In this dynamic position you ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the brand s presence across multiple ecommerce platforms including Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of international markets ensuring product compliance and streamlining inventory management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing health supplement brand working directly with company leadership to drive ecommerce success.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the management and expansion of Amazon Seller Central accounts across Australia US and UK markets
- Navigate the intricacies of setting up new country marketplaces on Amazon ensuring full compliance with local regulations
- Take charge of product approvals and certifications for health supplements in various international markets
- Optimize and enhance Shopify store operations focusing on inventory management and website improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate Amazon sales data with the Shopify inventory system
- Craft and manage compelling product listings across all platforms ensuring accuracy compliance and maximum visibility
- Design and execute innovative inventory management solutions with a focus on effectively handling bundled products
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to prioritize tasks and contribute to the overall ecommerce growth strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record of success with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms
- Indepth knowledge of ecommerce operations particularly within the health supplement industry
- Demonstrated ability to navigate international market regulations for health supplements
- Sharp problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a parttime role
- Passion for health and wellness with a drive to contribute to a growing brand
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new ecommerce trends and best practices
- Experience with inventory management systems and data integration a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for ecommerce platforms preferred
