Job Description
TASQ is in search of sales representatives for onsite positions in Cebu City needed as soon as possible. The initial screening interview will be conducted via phone so please ensure your line is available.
Qualifications
*Applicants should submit detailed resumes that highlight their achievements roles and responsibilities from previous positions. *Candidates must show a proven track record as top sales performers having consistently surpassed sales goals and received recognition or awards for outstanding performance.
*Strong sales skills are essential including relationship building negotiation and closing deals.
*Candidates must be open to working onsite in Cebu City with shifting schedules.
*A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Identify and engage potential clients build and maintain longterm relationships and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals. Offer guidance and support to junior sales agents to improve overall team performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics provide insights for improvement and apply best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to align sales strategies with company objectives and address client needs.
Mentor and train junior sales agents share best practices and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their professional aspirations.
